Soundcraft K3

I have a SoundCraft K3 mixing board with 48 Mono Channels, 8 Sub Groups, Midi Mute. None of my Hi-Z inputs are working. I could either use some help, or need the number for Soundcraft Support. My internet browser will not allow me to go to Soundcraft.com
