: That's not good. Have you had any shutdowns of the amps yet? You're running at half the rated load those amps are designed to handle. This means you're pulling more current thought the output device then they can handle, and they probably will fail prematurely. I would fix that as soon as possible, or you may be sending those amps in for repair soon.

: I suspect, however, you're not really running bridge mode with the Speakon connection. That is an NL-4 connector, and in order for it to run bridge mode, you would have had to make or modify an off the shelf NL-4 speaker wire. The +1/+2 pins on the amp end would have to wired to the +1/-1 on the speaker end to get the bridging to work. I suspect you're actually only running off of one channel on the amp. This means you're only really getting 1250W into your subs, not the 2200W (8 Ohms bridged) or the 3400W (4 Ohms bridged) you think you are. You may have to internally wire your subs in series, 16 Ohms per cabinet, then daisy chain them like you're doing now. This would give you 8 Ohms at the amp, for 2200WRMS, or twice the power I suspect you're getting now. Do you know how the Speakons are wired?

: Greg

: : Yes, I think I'm running them on a 2 ohm load(each cabinet is rated at 4ohms). And by "daisy chained", what I meant was that from cabinet 1's output to cabinet 2's input. I believe I am running my amps bridged. There's a switch in the back of the amps where it says "bridge on-off". So I just put it on the "on" position, and since I'm using speakon adaptors, the owner's manual says to plug into channel 1.

Well, on the speakon end the goes to my amp(channel 1), I'm using two of the four pins, 1+/1-. And the other end that goes to my subs is in the 1+/1- as well. And then I set the bridge switch to the "on" position. I don't know if this is the right way, but I believe is the way the owner's manual says.
